Project outline and scope of works
Aquarius Grup provided construction management, coordination, cost control, commercial supervision of all of the contracts, drafting of tender enquiries, negotiations and recommendations with contractors, tenant fit-out coordination, and full state inspector services (diriginte de santier).
Also, Aquarius Grup acted as Project manager for the project, dealing with a multitude of specialized consultants and contractors in negotiating contractual conditions to be mutually acceptable and negotiating addendums to contracts by performing a comprehensive check of additional costs and quantities.
The requirements of the Client determined that Aquarius Grup provided a multi-disciplined team involved with the project and offsite support provide resources to implement the numerous Client and tenant driven changes in the evolution of the project.
