Project outline and scope of works

Aquarius Grup provided cost management of the Project in support of the lender, and developer and LEED certification services.

The engagement occurred at a re-start of the project services included an initial review of all open contracts and design provision of an assessment of open liabilities, the cost to complete the works and to provide a complete budget and assistance with the procurement of the remainder of the construction works.

Regular monitoring of all of the works, review of the financial draw down requests and periodic valuations of the contractors works, advice and review of commercial correspondence and close liaison with the investors representative in support of his activity included guidance to familiarize the Client with LEED methodology, design information review, gathering of support evidence, advice on best score/rating achievement strategy, coordination meetings attendance, site visits and dialogue with United States Green Building Council, successful completion of the LEED certification process.
