Project outline and scope of works

Traditional style cost management with client engaged designers, project managers and state inspectors (diriginti de santier).

Aquarius Grup were engaged in the pre-construction phase of the project with the scope to prepare a market study of contractors costs and to prepare a preliminary cost estimation including tenants fit-out and finishing, to coordinate the financial management of the project, to draw up a detailed cost plan for the construction plan and make cost comparison and analysis to allow the Client to understand financial implications regarding differing design and execution options.

In the tendering period Aquarius Grup participated in tenders, to review and analyse the offers and advise the Client with reference to the offers received and support in drafting and closing the contracts.

During the Construction period, the responsibilities of Aquarius Grup as cost-control specialists were to update the budget in compliance with the evolution of works, foresee and verify additional costs, administer the budget and cost control based on the FIDIC contracts and to report on a monthly basis to the Client.
