Project outline and scope of works
Aquarius Grup were engaged to provide the client, the finance partner, with a regular monthly report verifying the status and progress of the construction works, to identify any issues that may arise or were pertinent for the completion of the works and to reconcile the contractor valuations with the clients development budget.
Aquarius’ role as the lenders supervisor provided a professional report and expert assistance to the funding agencies, answering their concerns and providing a clear report regarding expenditure, project cost and risks.
