Project outline and scope of works
Aquarius Grup’s services were project, cost manager and site inspectors (diriginti de santier ), we were involved from an early stage of the development which provided a higher input level to project processes preparation and resulting in better risk control for the project.
We supervised the design and permitting, the procurement of the infrastructure and the procurement of all of the individual sub-packages.
