Project outline and scope of works
Aquarius Grup were engaged to provide complete project, cost management and site inspectors (diriginti de santier) for the delivery from pre-concept design to the opening, and remedy of any defects, of this new mall in Bucharest.
The procurement of the construction works was proposed so that the client engages with a series of principle package contractors and complete using Aquarius as construction managers.
The pre-construction phase was supervised by Aquarius and formed an important and integral part of the clients strategy.
