Project outline and scope of works
The Project is situated in the northern part of Bucharest, within a short drive of the city centre, in Sector 1, Straulesti district. The development is a mixed use micro-city, comprising: a landmark office tower pre let by an energy company, offices, retail and residential. The tower will form an icon for Bucharest and reflect a futuristic project both architecturally and from a services perspective, the other mid-rise office and commercial space being of good quality and highly flexible, the residential apartment buildings are aimed at the mid market and will provide the framework and ‘life’ of the scheme with the associated retail, leisure and service amenities.
The development, first phase works was initiated and is on hold at present. Aquarius were engaged to deliver full service of project management, cost and site inspector (diriginte de santier) and the pre-construction works are completed.
