Project outline and scope of works

Aquarius Grup were engaged to obtain Green Certification for the tenant space using the LEED commercial interiors rating system.

This included guidance to familiarize the Client with LEED methodology, design information review, gathering of support evidence, advice on best score/rating achievement strategy, coordination meetings attendance, site visits and dialogue with United States Green Building Council, completion of the LEED certification process.

Current status: fit-out works executed and finalized; certification obtained – first project in Romania certified at ‘PLATINUM’ level.
