Aquarius Grup were engaged to perform a review of the construction contract administration (post construction) and provide the client with an opinion in preparation of the closing negotiations with the general contractor.
The service that was provided allowed our commercial team to exercise some of their dispute mitigation, resolution and arbitral abilities in support of contract administration when determining strategies for contract and commercial management.
