Project outline and scope of works

Aquarius Grup was contracted at commencement of design and before the commencement of the construction works, advising on the planning and cost options, programme of works, design issues, permitting, infrastructure, budget and procurement.

Aquarius Grup undertook responsibility for cost control of the project, commercial management comprised of drafting of tender enquiries, negotiations and recommendations of contractors to the Beneficiary, commercial supervision of all contracts, construction management, tenant fit-out coordination, defects remediation supervision, full state inspector services (dirigintie de santier), and health and safety coordination.
