Aquarius Grup were contracted to provide full Technical Due Diligence for a logistic development close to Timisoara. Among the tasks, Aquarius Grup performed a full review of the permitting and design of the building, check of the compliance of the technical book with legal standards and visual check of the development to review conformity of execution with the design with a review of the snag list resulting from the final hand over of the building.
