Project outline and scope of works

Aquarius Grup were engaged to perform a developer overview of the project and to assess all issues with the general contractor and then to develop a strategy to complete the works with a greater degree of confidence.

Aquarius provided overview supervision, commercial and cost management resources that were provided to the client as well as support in negotiation and settlement of issues with the contractor. Within this overall approach Aquarius provided a cost to completion for the construction works including an estimation of possible additional entitlements to the contractor and an assessment of the time for completion; these predictions, provided in a rising market and with a contractor of litigious orientation, were established 24 months prior to completion of the works and proved an accurate guide in support of the developer aims and completion strategy.
