Project outline and scope of works
Aquarius was appointed to carry out an assessment under the 2009 version of BREEAM International: Industrial scheme, leading to Interim Design Stage and Final Post Construction certification.
This included guidance to familiarize the Client, the Designers and the Contractors with BREEAM methodology, design information review, gathering of support evidence, advice on best score/rating achievement strategy, issue of action lists to comply with BREEAM criteria, coordination meetings attendance, site visits, writing of assessment reports and dialogue with Building Research Establishment.
Thanks to all teams’ joint effort, In October 2011, SME Hall no.1 of Ploiesti West Park has become the first industrial building in Romania certified under BREEAM International: Industrial 2009 scheme
