Project outline and scope of works
The involvement of Aquarius Grup’s services was as a project and cost manager at the pre-construction level. We were involved from an early stage of the development which provided a higher level of project processes preparation and resulting into better risk control for the complete project.
We were responsible with contract drafting, supervision of design and permitting processes, and also the procurement and the execution of the infrastructure connections. The latter being a challenging solution, as the site is located in the Bucharest vicinity, where initially no utilities were available whatsoever. Primarily within the development we provided Client support, preparing Client decisions in all main areas. We were also involved in the planning process and project monitoring activities.
Aquarius Grup undertook responsibility for the project management, cost control, commercial supervision of all of the contracts, drafting of the various tender enquiries, negotiations and recommendations with contractors, and cost control against the budget.
