Project outline and scope of works

Aquarius Grup were engaged to obtain the highest level of Green Certification for this project using the LEED certification scheme.

By closely collaborating with the Designers, we were able to steer the project towards having least impact on the environment and secure the first LEED Platinum certified building in Romania.

Addressing issues such as water consumption , air quality and system selections, we were able to place this project among those with increased environment quality but also with significantly reduced running operational costs and higher user comfort levels.
