Project outline and scope of works
Aquarius Grup provided a traditional Project and Cost Management service for all three phases of this project with the state inspector (diriginte de santier) services being provided by direct client appointment.
The project was traditionally procured with a single general contractor and this work was coordinated with the client’s supervisorincorporating the requirements of end users, supervision of the defect reparations and the final reception of the project.
The pre contract tender documentation, contract drafting, budget cost plan and award of the contract were successfully managed by Aquarius and the project was delivered on time and on budget without a single dispute and with a quality that led to minimal reparations during the defects period.
