Project outline and scope of works
Aquarius Grup were appointed by the KIPG Senior Management to execute a retrospective review of the contract between the parties, project execution and associated documentation and to suggest potential closing strategies for a contract which was under distress. Basis of all investigations and opinions were formed and derived from a detailed review of the project documents and contemporary records. A desktop analysis and opinion on the development of closing strategies were developed and the Client accepted to proceed on the basis of the conclusions reached.
