Project outline and scope of works

Aquarius Grup were engaged to obtain Green Certification for this project under the BREEAM IN-USE scheme.

Aquarius Grup worked in close collaboration with the Client and performed a comprehensive analysis of the existing conditions of the building, devising solutions that enabled the running costs to be reduced with enhanced environmental quality for the occupants and providing a superior certification level.

Result: First building in Romania to be awarded ‘’Excellent’’ for both Part I (Asset) and Part II (Building Management)
