Project outline and scope of works

Aquarius Grup were engaged in the pre-construction phase of the project with the scope to prepare a market study from pricing point of view, prepare a preliminary cost estimation including tenants fit-out and finishings, and to coordinate the financial management of the project, draw up a detailed cost plan for the construction plan perform cost comparison analysis and explain all cost implications to the Client regarding architectural design options selected. In the tendering period Aquarius Grup were engaged to participate in tenders, to review and analyze the offers and prices and advise the Client with reference to the offers received and also in helping the Client in the elaboration of the contracts.
For the Construction period, the responsibilities of Aquarius Grup as cost-control specialists are to update the budget in compliance with the evolution of works, foresee and verify additional costs, administer the budget and cost control based on general regulations imposed by FIDIC contracts and operate a cost management system that monitors the expenses in comparison to the approved budget and report on a monthly basis to the Client.
